Licenses

There are a certain number of licenses and permissions to be obtained in order to operate in Nevada. The first, immediately after the incorporation, is the Employee Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service, which is not meant just for employers but is actually a tax identification number for the company. It will be necessary to have a City license from the city and a business licence from the State.

Depending from the specific business and activity, it will be sometimes necessary to obtain a further specific license. Gaming, insurance, banking, food, etc are specifically regulated.
